We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (Ads) to join the Revenue Operations team in Berlin. This role is focusing on driving revenue growth across our restaurant network, helping our partners leverage Wolt Ads to achieve their business goals. You will play a key role in driving growth by building strong relationships and delivering tailored advertising solutions.

Responsibilities:

Drive Business Growth:
  • Develop and execute winning sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our merchant ads business.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from proposal creation to deal closure, with provided high quality leads.
  • Negotiate and close advertising deals that maximize merchant growth, revenue, product adoption, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on ROI and key trends.
Build and Manage Relationships:
  • Build and nurture relationships with key partners, including our largest SMBs and local heroes.
  • Deliver high-quality sales presentations and manage objections effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support, including technical training on the Wolt Ads platform and after-sales service.
Optimize Sales Processes:
  • Manage a dynamic sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (local Account Management & Sales teams, global Ads team, Marketing) to achieve shared goals.

  • Fluency in German and English.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales / account management, ideally in advertising sales, restaurants, or retail.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving client acquisition.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence
  • Excellent negotiation skills focused on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and basic sales reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail.

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., Looker).
