Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-divisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.

  • This position is intended for KEENFINITY GmbH, an innovative company with approximately 4,200 employees worldwide. The company is currently being carved out from the Bosch Group and will operate as an independent entity starting in mid-2025. You can look forward to a dynamic work environment with plenty of room for creativity and exciting development opportunities.
  • As a member of our local IT support team, you will advise and support IT users in the use of IT products (hardware and software) in accordance with the agreed service process.
  • You support users in the selection/procurement of end devices and software. You will take technical and commercial criteria into account when making decisions.
  • You analyse and describe problems and requirements together with the customer, select the appropriate solution depending on the urgency, scope, importance and position of the customer and be able to justify this convincingly.
  • You install and configure IT products and solve problems with hardware and software. In the event of complex problems, you will independently contact the next level of support and call in other experts.
  • Last but not least, you will work together with your team on rollout projects (hardware and software).

  • Education: completed vocational training as an IT specialist, information technician or a comparable qualification
  • Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in the field of information technology, very good IT and PC knowledge (hardware and software)
  • Personality and Working Practice: very high customer/service orientation and ability to work in a team including good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and remain calm in disruptive situations
  • Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German
