Capcora is a European financial advisory boutique specializing in renewable assets and the energy transition, with offices in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Münster, Munich, Warsaw, Milan, and Madrid. We are expanding our debt advisory expertise and are looking for high-potential individuals eager to grow alongside us. Join our dynamic international team, representing over 15 nationalities across 45+ employees, as a Marketing Associate, where you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the marketing efforts and strengthen brand presence in the market.

As a Marketing Associate in Capcora, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to our organization's marketing functions. You will be pivotal in attracting and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and services. This role requires a self-driven and proactive attitude, diverse skill set encompassing marketing acumen, and a strategic mindset to support the growth and success of our firm.


Brand Development

  • Support the Management Board to develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the brand image and visibility of the firm.
  • Support improving brand guidelines and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various channels.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including website management, content creation, and social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions, including search engine optimization (SEO)

Content Creation

  • Generate and curate engaging content, primarily focusing on press releases but also encompassing articles, white papers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces, in collaboration with team members.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging content that showcases the firm's expertise.
  • Leverage content marketing strategies to generate leads and drive client engagement.

Event Management

  • Plan and execute marketing events, including webinars, conferences, and workshops.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, speaker management, and promotional activities.
  • Measure event success and provide post-event analysis and recommendations.

Budgeting

  • Assist in creating marketing budgets by considering campaign objectives and historical expenses
  • Identify opportunities to optimize expenses by evaluating and pitching marketing firms that align with our needs and budget constraints.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in marketing, preferably in the financial banking, consulting or advisory industry.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive and results driven.
  • Professional proficiency in German and English language.
