As Head of Human Resources you will drive the people strategy in a global high-tech engineering company with a direct report to the CEO.

Description

As Head of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy across Europe, supporting a workforce of 350+ employees. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as a strategic advisor and operational leader - driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives while fostering a strong, collaborative, and high-performing culture.

  • Be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to executives, managers, and employees
  • Lead and implement HR transformation initiatives that support business growth and corporate values
  • Drive key HR processes: leadership development, talent & performance management, succession planning & recruitment
  • Ensure excellence in HR operations, including budgeting, analytics, reporting & compliance with labour law
  • Collaborate closely with global HR teams to ensure consistency and knowledge-sharing
  • Lead, inspire & develop a small, high-performing HR team

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional who thrives in an international, fast-paced environment and combines strategic vision with operational excellence.

  • Proven international HR experience, ideally within the manufacturing or engineering sector
  • A hands-on, proactive approach paired with strategic thinking
  • Strong knowledge of German labour law, organisational development, and modern HR concepts
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills - able to inspire, advise, and drive initiatives
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in budgeting, planning & HR analytics
  • Fluent English skills; additional European languages are an advantage (German not required)
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
