In the global People & Organizational Development Department we jointly develop and shape the overarching People & Organizational Development strategy ensuring alignment with our organisation's business strategy and organizational priorities.
In our Team Talent & Performance Management, we join forces with diverse stakeholders to develop global, interlinked processes related to Performance, Talent, and Succession Management. You will contribute to the development of an integrated ZEISS Talent & Performance Management product portfolio.

oversee the design, development, delivery, and continuously improvement of talent-, performance- and succession-related products in alignment with defined talent strategies that promote employee growth, engagement and high performance

manage medium-scale projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation phases, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

balance short- to mid-term planning, aligning team initiatives with departmental goals
-
strengthen the digital implementation of the global processes on internal platform

provide hands-on support of all project related tasks, e.g. creating training material for the business, translations, HR support as well as plan and conduct workshops or other dialogue formats

create communication plans on process/ program introduction together with Corporate Communication
In this role you will have the valuable opportunity to closely collaborate with various stakeholders to link the individual's performance review outcomes to development opportunities and facilitate change management in the (business) implementation. Right from the start, you will be part of the global team to strengthen and continuously improve the respective processes.
This includes a mix of:

ensuring reporting and preparing management updates

Master's degree and relevant professional qualifications/accreditations (e.g., in behavioural sciences, (industrial) psychology, human resources or similar).

Relevant professional experience with a focus on Talent & Performance Management, People Development with international exposure

Proven experience in improving processes, as well as creating and analysing KPIs and data, and translating insights into actionable improvement plans within a global matrix environment

Strong competency in independently managing projects

Enthusiastic team-player, with proficient analytical skills combined with a can-do mentality as well as assertiveness and hands-on mentality

High intercultural sensitivity and awareness plus very good English proficiency (business fluent, team language)
