  • We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Systems Manager (m/f/d) with expertise in Workday to oversee and optimize our Human Capital Management (HCM) Core, Time Tracking, and Absence Management modules
  • This role will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective use of Workday to support our HR strategies and business objectives
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday configuration, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration

  • You administrate and manage the Workday HCM Core, Time Tracking, and Absence Management modules
  • You configure and maintain system settings, business processes, and workflows to meet organizational needs
  • You plan, manage, and execute Workday module implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
  • You partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to identify system requirements and align Workday functionalities with organizational goals
  • You provide tier-2 support for Workday-related issues and manage escalation to Workday or external partners when necessary
  • You collaborate with other Workday Experts, IT and security teams to manage role-based access, permissions as well as maintaining technical users for integrations to 3rd party applications

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an HRIS Specialist or Workday Consultant with a focus on HCM Core, Time Tracking, and Absence functionalities
  • Proficient knowledge of HRIS Workday including configuration, documentation and release management
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including organizational management
  • Experience with global and local design to adapt the local business requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
