Change and Process Manager (m/f/d)
Vaillant GmbH | Remscheid | Germany
- Developing, planning, and executing organizational change management (OCM) activities ensures the success of change projects within Vaillant Group's Digital Transformation program DPW
- Acting as a valued consultant and change ambassador to relevant stakeholders helps implement improvements across the value chain
- Transferring the current structural and process organization to the new Digital Process Platform involves deriving relevant measures, including (end-user) training and development
- You critically analyze implemented business processes and give guidance to process owners and additionally guide and enable them to fully exploit their process management and organizational development potential
- Supporting the further development of Vaillant Group Business Process Management includes taking responsibility for projects and project work packages as (sub)project lead
- Preparing, conducting, and supporting process analyzes in workshops with stakeholders and process owners leads to the derivation and implementation of process improvement activities
- You support and manage organizational as well as process improvement initiatives
- Qualifications: Successfully completed university studies (Master's degree), e.g. in economics, business psychology or communications
- Experience: You have experience in international rollout projects and can demonstrate professional experience (several years) in change management, process management and organizational development
- Tools: You have experience in Atlassian Confluence and JIRA, ARIS BPM suite, CELONIS process mining
- Other Must Haves: Willingness to travel regularly (approx. once a month) across Western Europe and an international mindset complete your profile
- Personality: A high level of team spirit, effective prioritization as well as excellent analytical, communicational, facilitating and implementation strength make you unique - high own initiative, motivation and global thinking complete your profile
- Language: Fluent in English , German is a nice to have, but not mandatory
