Protection Engineer for Test Universe, 60-100% (f/m/x)

For our Software Development Team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a

Protection Engineer for Test Universe, 60-100% (f/m/x)


What's it all about?

  • Working in an international team to deliver new solutions for our flagship software for protection testing.
  • Close collaboration with product management to identify customer needs and find solutions.
  • Translating business requirements and customer feedback into technical specifications.
  • Developing and refining concepts in collaboration with usability engineers and user interface designers.
  • Evaluating the feasibility of concepts in the context of existing requirements and solutions.
  • Supporting the development team during implementation and testing.


What are we looking for?

  • You have completed your education in the field of electrical engineering/electronics, or computer science (Technical University, Higher Technical Institute e.g.).
  • Good knowledge of electrical engineering, preferably in protection testing.
  • You recognize the importance of accurately documenting requirements.
  • Self-organization and project management skills to move from ideas to concepts ready for implementation on time.
  • Very good command of English – spoken and written.
  • You are a collaborative team player with the ability to positively influence the team dynamic.
