- Manage the onboarding process for new UPS Capital clients through phone and email communications
- Act as the first point of contact for both existing and new customers regarding all service inquiries
- Build and maintain active business relationships with international clients, with a strong focus on the Italian market
- Identify and pursue potential revenue streams to drive business growth
- Oversee quality management processes and facilitate effective communication between customers, sales teams and management
- Commercial training or a degree in business, logistics, communications, online marketing or a related field
- Fluent in Italian with native-level proficiency
- Strong German and English skills
- Customer-focused approach and proactive attitude
- Confident and professional in engaging with customers over the phone
- Skilled in using MS Office applications
