  • Manage the onboarding process for new UPS Capital clients through phone and email communications
  • Act as the first point of contact for both existing and new customers regarding all service inquiries
  • Build and maintain active business relationships with international clients, with a strong focus on the Italian market
  • Identify and pursue potential revenue streams to drive business growth
  • Oversee quality management processes and facilitate effective communication between customers, sales teams and management

  • Commercial training or a degree in business, logistics, communications, online marketing or a related field
  • Fluent in Italian with native-level proficiency
  • Strong German and English skills
  • Customer-focused approach and proactive attitude
  • Confident and professional in engaging with customers over the phone
  • Skilled in using MS Office applications
