In Willich, around 125 employees from various areas of production, technology and administration work closely together to implement our customers' innovative electronics projects.
To support our activities at our Willich production site, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who will act as a true business partner for our local General Manager.
In this key role, you will ensure the successful implementation of HR strategies while managing HR operations in a production environment. You will also be the main interface with our French headquarters, contributing to group-wide HR initiatives.
As an HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Payroll & Compensation: Managing salary policies and review processes in line with corporate guidelines, working with external payroll providers to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- HR Operations: Overseeing day-to-day HR activities including recruitment and HR projects.
- Employee & Manager Support: Advising employees and management on HR-related topics, acting as a trusted business partner to drive organizational efficiency.
- Labor Relations: Managing legal compliance and collaborating with the works council to ensure a positive work environment.
- HR Development & Strategy: Implementing group HR initiatives such as training programs, Great Place to Work projects, and employee development strategies.
- Reporting & Compliance: Ensuring HR reports and compliance align with both local and corporate requirements.

What We Are Looking For
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of experience in HR within a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of German labor laws and experience in collaborating with works councils.
- Full fluency in English.
- Experience in HR strategy implementation and operational HR management.
Nice-to-Have:
- Exposure to an international corporate environment.
- Experience in group-level HR transformation projects.
