  • Assist in the creation, editing, and review of technical documentation and user interface content

  • Conduct testing and analysis of existing linguistic assets and workflows, supporting overarching standardization and streamlining initiatives across different disciplines such as technical writing, translation, terminology, UX, localization, etc.

  • Support terminology projects across the company

  • Assist in the development of requirements for content relevant tooling, and support in workflow development and testing


  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, e.g. computational linguistics, language technology, translation, terminology, technical writing, or similar courses

  • Familiarity with technical writing principles, and content creation and content management tools, such as TMS, CCMS, UX Design tools, etc.

  • Initial experience in terminology work, ontologies and xml based content workflows

  • Basic understanding of user interface design principles and usability testing

  • Basic understanding of databases, and content creation and translation processes

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German, with a keen attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to approach problems systematically

  • A structured way of working, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Interest in medical technology and a desire to contribute to improving healthcare solutions
