  • Drive Innovation: Take charge of project management for our cutting-edge prototypes, ensuring they meet the highest standards in the industry.
  • Coordinate Success: Plan and oversee installations, testing, and qualification processes, making a direct impact on our products (Low-Rise, Mid-Rise, MULTI, High Rise).
  • Collaborate Globally: Work closely with our test tower in China, shaping project planning and fostering international teamwork.
  • Improve Processes: Be the catalyst for continuous improvement, driving efficiency and excellence in all aspects of our operations.
  • Lead Installations: Plan and coordinate the assembly of components and their installation in the shaft, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain Oversight: Keep a keen overview of the entire project chain, from development to qualification, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Join a Dynamic Team: Collaborate with a dedicated team of about 20 professionals in the operational test tower in Rottweil, tackling exciting challenges together.
  • Share Your Ideas: Contribute your insights in an international, multicultural environment where your voice matters.

  • You hold a completed degree in engineering or a related field, preferably with a focus on business administration or similar disciplines.
  • A completed vocational training alone is not sufficient for this role; we are looking for candidates with a strong educational background.
  • You bring solid knowledge and experience in the elevator industry, particularly in assembly, testing & qualification, and manufacturing processes.
  • You're familiar with project management processes and practices.
  • You have a strong command of MS Office, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
  • You possess a hands-on mentality and a high motivation to tackle challenges head-on, with a willingness to travel.
  • Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in German is desirable.
  • You excel in analytical and solution-oriented thinking, with a strong focus on goals and timelines.
