As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Head of Marketing and Sales to lead our marketing and sales strategies and help elevate our brand globally:
Head of Marketing and Sales (m/f/d)
The Head of Marketing and Sales will play a critical role in shaping and driving the company's growth trajectory. You will oversee the entire marketing and sales department, developing strategies to increase revenue, build brand awareness, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. You will work closely with leadership to execute the company's vision and position us as a leader in the optoelectronics market.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives
- Build and mentor a team of marketing and sales professionals, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving targets
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitors, using insights to guide decision-making
- Brand Development: Oversee branding initiatives to ensure consistent, effective messaging across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Sales Strategy: Direct the development of sales strategies to increase product adoption and customer base, focusing on both direct and channel sales
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Budgeting: Manage the marketing and sales budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize return on investment
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on marketing and sales performance, utilizing KPIs to track success and adjust strategies when necessary
- Degree in Science or Engineering with a solid background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing and sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the optoelectronics sector
- Strong knowledge of optical or microwave metrology, lasers, photonics, or electronics products and markets is highly desirable
- Strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
