E-Merchandising Coordinator (m/w/d)
- Product Information Management: Maintain the Product Information Management System (PIMS) for business partners, ensuring data completeness and excellence in execution.
- Collaboration: Regularly communicate with consumer and product marketing managers to ensure timely and complete uploads of monthly new launches.
- Content Management: Manage and update brand page content in accordance with brand guidelines, new launches, and retailer requirements.
- Visual Merchandising Audits: Conduct local visual merchandising audits regularly to ensure brand appearance aligns with guidelines and maintains excellence in execution, updating regional head-offices about eMerchadising projects.
- Content Creation: Collect additional product imagery and videos, leverage eRetail spaces for extended story-telling.
- Retailer Support: Serve as the point of contact for retailers regarding digital merchandising questions and liaise with external PIMS suppliers.
- Automation Coordination: Lead and coordinate the automation of product data exchange with local retailers.
- SEO/SEM Assistance: Assist retailers in SEO/SEM to optimize the visibility of our brands by improving brand and product pages with unique content.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: Open to recent graduates with relevant internship experience; prior experience in digital merchandising or e-commerce is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Structured and methodical approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in content management systems, web analytics tools, and basic knowledge of SEO/SEM practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Language skills: German at a native speaker level; Italian and/or French is a plus but not a requirement.
