For Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH our location Regensburg we are looking for you as:
Development Engineer (m/f/d) Hardware in the Loop for Power Electronic Converters
- You develop hardware in the loop simulation and test in the HiL
- You support with the test and development of control algorithms for the control of power electronic converters
- You generate reports, papers, and patents on the control of power electronic converters
- You develop interfaces and scripts for MATLAB
- You use modern lifecycle management and CI/CD tools
- You have a degree in the field of control engineering, electrical engineering or energy technology or a similar qualification
- You have several years of professional experience and a deep knowledge in grid integration of power electronic converters
- You have a deep understanding on hardware in the loop systems, OPAL-RT is a plus
- Good knowledge on power electronics topologies, Modular Multilevel Converters and medium/high voltage applications will round your candidature
- Lifecycle management tools (Integrity, doors, Atlassian) and version control sound familiar
- You have good communications skills in English, both in verbal and writing
