- Generate and qualify leads
- Receive and work leads from European and Global Sales partners
- Source and develop client referrals
- Develop and maintain a customer pipeline using Salesforce
- Prepare sales action plans and strategies
- Schedule sales activity
- Lead and deliver commercial proposal development working with a tender management team

- Education: Bachelor or master, preferably in business or supply chain management
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Logistic Industry, preferable in different roles
- Knowledge of Pharma Logistics with focus on Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
- Thorough knowledge of international transportation with a focus on temperature controlled solutions.
- Proven Sales track record and appetite for new business acquisition
- Fluent English and German language speaking and writing proficiency
- Working skills in other languages beneficial
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to support development of products and services
- Broad management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Solid financial knowledge and understanding
