We are looking for you as a Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d)
We seek a results-focused, innovative, customer-centric well-qualified individual to join our talented team. Based out of our Wiesbaden, Germany location, you will ensure the supply availability on finished goods towards our customers in EMEA.
- Lead Local S&OP Meetings: Align service levels and inventory management to ensure supply availability.
- Quantity Planning: Develop and align local quantity planning for the site.
- Create a feasible rough production plan for the next 1-3 months.
- Drive replenishment for bulk materials and equipment from the supply network.
- MRP Ownership: Maintain accurate calculation results and transparency by setting necessary parameters and strategies, including inventory coverages and buffers.
- Inventory Management: Maintain adequate inventory levels to ensure agreed supply availability and service levels.
- Local Procurement: Establish and manage procurement for all materials and services.
- Supply Performance Monitoring: Analyze root causes to maximize service levels within global inventory guidelines.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate daily with Customer Service, Production, Procurement, and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
- Project Participation: Engage in global and local projects.
About you:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or equivalent
- 3+ years related function as Planner & Scheduler
- APICS certification, IBF or Oliver Wright designations or similar preferred
- Significant experience in ERP/MRP usage, JD Edwards Enterprise E1 preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent command of German and English and strong verbal and communication skills
- Strong ability of data analytics
