TP-Link Deutschland started in April 2009 in Germany, housing the Sales and Marketing team for DACH region, and providing support and central warehouse for the WEU region. To strengthen our team in Germany, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Director of HR & Administration to lead our HR and administrative functions. In this key leadership role, you will drive HR strategies, optimize operational efficiency, and foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Human Resources Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business objectives.
- Drive talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR & Admin team (currently 5 employees), enhancing organizational effectiveness and company culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Manager and senior leadership, providing HR guidance and coaching.
- Collaborate with the Head of HR to refine people and culture strategies, fostering motivation and team development.
- Oversee performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- Manage and optimize compensation, benefits, and employee relations programs.
- Oversee general administrative operations, ensuring smooth office management and efficiency.
- Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships related to office administration.
- Optimize administrative policies and processes (e.g., company car policies, car allowances).
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with occupational health regulations.
- Improve internal communication and workflow processes for better operational efficiency.
- Maintain company records, reports, and documentation in alignment with legal and organizational requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of progressive HR & administrative leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven track record in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive organizational change.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; native-level German proficiency.
