AROUNDTOWN Commercial Properties (ATCP) is the asset management platform for Aroundtown SA, the largest listed commercial real estate company in Germany. ATCP acts as owner representative thus managing, leasing and optimising the commercial real estate portfolio, which, in addition to typical office properties, also includes industrial, logistics and retail properties. In addition to our company headquarters in Berlin, Aroundtown Commercial Properties holds branch offices in Munich, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hanover and Leipzig. - Collecting, processing, and handling energy and water data for ESG/non-financial reporting.
- Supporting the analysis and implementation of digital solutions and procedures for data collection and reporting.
- Training operational teams and other departments on new processes and tools for data management.
- Coordinating with multiple departments to manage incoming energy data from various sources.
- Ensuring completeness and performing quality checks on incoming energy data.
- Assisting in developing reports and analysis to support business decisions.
- Implementing and ensuring compliance with reporting standards (e.g., CSRD, EU taxonomy).
- Master's degree in engineering, energy, environmental sciences, or economic sciences.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical skills, self-driven, and highly motivated.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and good knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience with environmental data management tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with reporting standards such as CSRD, EPRA, GRI, and CDP is beneficial.
- Knowledge of real estate, including residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
