For our office in Berlin Mitte we are looking for a
(Senior) PMO Manager (m/f/d)
- Change Delivery Support: Ensures that the relevant projects deliver changes that align with organizational goals, comply with regulatory requirements, and are executed effectively and efficiently
- You will be involved in building up governance for regulatory projects and project management for achieving compliance with ECB requirements
- Advise stakeholders on key project requirements and support the end-to-end project journey
- Ensure all business cases, change management reports, and approval documentation meet LBG Standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee the closure of programs and initiatives, capturing lessons learned
- Coordinate status reports and relevant management information across projects and workstreams, ensuring clear and comprehensive visibility of progress
- Ensure these are included in relevant program management/governance forums.
- Establishes and maintains a comprehensive view of governance and controls relevant for the implementation of change initiatives within the IT and Banking area
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engages with a diverse group of stakeholders across Lloyds Bank GmbH and Lloyds Banking Group in the UK to influence required actions to meet initiatives objectives and address risk, regulatory, and financial issues
- Methodology Implementation: Implements common PMO methodologies, tools, and processes and ensures alignment with local governance and key stakeholders within Lloyds Bank GmbH
- Educated to degree level in Business Administration, Project Management or related field (Bachelor and/or Master)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project or project office management, ideally in the banking industry, with profound knowledge of the regulatory environment on national and EU levels.
- Very good knowledge of project management standards (Agile and classic) with high paced transformational change environment. Certified qualification an advantage (IPMA, Prince, Scrum, Agile PM, Kanban).
- Proficient good Jira and Confluence skills as well as good Excel skills.
- Excellent good organisational/planning skills with the ability to coordinate multi-task, dealing with complexity and organise workloads in a structured way, working to tight deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce high quality reports and articulate information clearly, accurately and concisely in meetings and presentations, to colleagues at all levels
- Striving for continuous improvement of existing processes and practices
- Eagerness to be part of a team that drives innovation in the financial services industry
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills to manage senior stakeholders' needs and expectations.
- Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of German and/or Dutch a plus
