Are you an expert in Software Asset Management looking for an opportunity to shape and optimize processes in a dynamic environment? Do you have deep knowledge of software licensing models and enjoy ensuring compliance while identifying cost-saving opportunities? If so, we want you on our team!

As a Software Asset Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for maintaining high data quality within our Software Asset Management (SAM) tool. You will oversee the end-to-end software lifecycle for specific vendors like Microsoft and SAP, ensuring compliance and driving efficiency in software usage.


  • Implement and optimize Software Portfolio & Lifecycle Management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with vendor licensing agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for licensing models of key vendors (Microsoft, SAP, and others).
  • Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities in software licensing and renewals.
  • Develop and monitor key performance metrics for software license compliance.

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in Software Asset Management, including software installation and inventory systems.
  • Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to coordinate projects and report progress effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
  • In-depth knowledge of license models for software vendors (Microsoft, SAP, etc.).
