Working within the local People & Culture team you will report to and work with our People & Culture managers in Aschheim.
This opportunity is a perfect entry position if you are interested in HR related topics. You will gain a broad insight into the HR lifecycle - from the beginning of an employment relationship until the end. We are a dynamic and highly motivate HR team and are looking forward to getting to know you.
- Assisting with various HR processes(e.g. preparation of certificates, student contracts, onboarding and offboarding of employees)
- Independent processing of invoices in our invoice tool Ariba
- Supporting with the digital filing system "epas"
- Supporting the HR team with different other HR related topics along the entire lifecycle
Initially this will be a 6 month contract with a possible extension.
- Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences or a comparable subject
- Enrolled at a university throughout the duration of employment
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) required
- Good knowledge of MS-Office applications and experience in SAP HCM would be beneficial
- First working experiences in HR are advantageous
- Proactive and independent attitude
- Good communication skills
- Open to an international work environment
