Business Intelligence Analyst (m/f/x)
The Analyst Europe works closely with the Global Analytics Director and serving as a member of the Global Analytics & Ecommerce team. The Analyst Europe will be responsible for helping build the Global Analytics function at Yogi by supporting the EU team with data insights and analytics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Marketing and Marketing in analyzing performance dashboards, driving insights and giving recommendations on business actions
- Keep watch on emerging category trends and share with broader Yogi organization
- Build and execute quarterly consumption review
- Provide analytics assistance to support Yogi's 5-year plan development and opportunity identification
- Establish cross-functional relationships within the EU-based Yogi team including Sales, Marketing and R&D
- Maintain relationships with EU data and analytics suppliers including NielsenIQ and Biovista and assist in contract negotiations
- Bachelor's degree in business studies, general mgt. or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in analytics and data-focused role preferably in FMCG industry
- Proficiency with NielsenIQ, Circana/IRI or other syndicated point-of-sale data, NielsenIQ Discover experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to independently conduct in-depth data analysis, develop own hypotheses, and then convert the data into insights to present strong, persuasive stories
- An engaged team-player with a responsible and targeted way of working, who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional partners
- Excellent knowledge of German and fluent in business English spoken and written
