  • Ensuring compliance with all internal and external quality requirements before products reach customers
  • Reviewing and optimizing quality assurance procedures, workflows, and processes
  • Identifying errors and non-conformities and initiating corrective measures
  • Managing and developing the Quality Assurance team at two locations
  • Conducting internal and external audits as well as preparing for recertifications
  • Monitoring compliance with quality inspections in production
  • Developing methods for quality analysis, testing, and reporting
  • Analyzing collected production data and identifying system deficiencies
  • Advising company management on quality-related matters
  • Ensuring the reliability and consistency of production processes and final outputs
  • Evaluating customer requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Reporting quality disruptions to production managers or executives for immediate action
  • Communicating with external quality assurance representatives during audits
  • Managing supplier quality and handling complaints management
  • Accompanying the product approval process
  • Creating and reporting quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs) internally and externally

Your profile – technical

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Proven professional experience in quality assurance, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, certifications, and compliance regulations
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS), audits, and process optimization and production systems (TPS) and tools
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and production data evaluation
  • Proficiency in IT systems and quality management tools
