- Ensuring compliance with all internal and external quality requirements before products reach customers
- Reviewing and optimizing quality assurance procedures, workflows, and processes
- Identifying errors and non-conformities and initiating corrective measures
- Managing and developing the Quality Assurance team at two locations
- Conducting internal and external audits as well as preparing for recertifications
- Monitoring compliance with quality inspections in production
- Developing methods for quality analysis, testing, and reporting
- Analyzing collected production data and identifying system deficiencies
- Advising company management on quality-related matters
- Ensuring the reliability and consistency of production processes and final outputs
- Evaluating customer requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Reporting quality disruptions to production managers or executives for immediate action
- Communicating with external quality assurance representatives during audits
- Managing supplier quality and handling complaints management
- Accompanying the product approval process
- Creating and reporting quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs) internally and externally
Your profile – technical
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Proven professional experience in quality assurance, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, certifications, and compliance regulations
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS), audits, and process optimization and production systems (TPS) and tools
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and production data evaluation
- Proficiency in IT systems and quality management tools
