You'll be part of the Marketing Leadership Team (headed by the VP of Marketing), which is part of the Revenue domain at TOPdesk.


Lead and inspire a dynamic team in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment! This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and exceptional people management skills. As a director demand generation, you'll drive impactful demand generation initiatives that contribute to our business growth.

The ideal candidate is a demand generation professional with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and executing successful campaigns across multiple channels. You thrive in a collaborative environment, possess strong analytical abilities, and are passionate about delivering measurable results.

As a director demand generation, you'll manage and develop a team of marketers. You'll work closely with sales, product and field marketing teams.


  • You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a B2B SaaS company.
  • You have a proven impact in building demand and generating a high-quality sales pipeline through a variety of digital channels.
  • You are an expert in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and other paid media and know how to optimise campaigns across these channels.
  • You have a proven track record of managing a team of 5-10 people, nurturing talent, and building high-performing teams.
  • You're a strong leader, capable of proactively managing both upwards and downwards.
  • You have experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and other stakeholders to align goals and initiatives.
  • You possess strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance.
  • You're familiar with marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Qlik, or similar tools.
  • You have experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
  • You are fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
  • You have a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • You can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You have experience in scaling marketing teams in a growth-stage SaaS company.
  • You are familiar with global or multi-region marketing strategies.
  • You have knowledge of emerging marketing technologies and trends.
