SAP Success Factors Inhouse Consultant (f/m/x)


Being an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with proven expertise in EC Core and EC Time, you're looking for long-term responsibility, instead of doing "in & out" projects? You're passioned about optimizing HR processes in a dynamic and international work environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us full-time as an Internal SAP SuccessFactors Consultant and Functional Module Owner.

  • Overall maintain a smooth function of EC & EC Time across EMEA
  • Partner with relevant Business Owners and Key Users at EMEA-level, striving to optimize the overall value and usability of SuccessFactors at Sysmex
  • Align with other SuccessFactors and Concur Module Owners in your own team, other internal teams, external vendors as well as our Headquarters in Japan
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert or project (co-)owner to implement, change and customize existing functionalities as well as setting up new Affiliates
  • Be responsible and work on Change- and Support-Requests
  • Stay up-to-date with releases, industry trends and best practices to pro-actively initiate future improvements including AI
  • Participate in the creation and update of training materials, internal guidelines and Knowledge Base Articles
  • As a Functional Module Owner, you can structure your work in a way that works best for you while keeping agreed procedures and quality a priority.
  • You get the freedom of having a stable, long-term responsibility for “your” SuccessFactors Module/s.

  • Proven practical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC Core and EC Time is a must, experience with integrations (CPI/Integration Suite, BTP etc.) is a clear plus
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and common best practices.
  • Familiar to work in a multi-country, diverse environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in english, german language skills would be a plus
