These include the functions Human Resources, Internal Services, Pur­chas­ing, Accounting and Col­lec­tions / Dis­burse­ments.   • Leadership and accountability: Take disciplinary, organisational, and budgetary responsibility for the software development of our teams within the Agile Release Trains (ART) Reinsurance and Finance, focusing on SAP and Java-based systems
  • Employee development: Encourage both professional and personal growth of your team members, promoting self-organised and accountable work practices
  • Cultivating trust: Support and foster a feedback-orientated culture of trust with open communication structures within your team
  • Collective growth: Work strategically on the development of all software developers in collaboration with other people leads and the ART leadership
  • Proactive collaboration: Ensure future-orientated and needs-based collaboration with the agile leaders to advance our agile organisation

  • Education: Successfully completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, or similar education and training
  • Experience: Several years of relevant leadership experience, particularly in the context of agile software development teams (SAFe preferred)
  • Technical skills: Knowledge of development methods and software architecture, esp. for the SAP Platform (SAP FI, FS-RI, FS-CD, RISE, BTP preferred)
  • Leadership skills: Strong leadership personality focused on collaboration, mentoring, and empowerment
  • Communication skills: Well-developed communication and conflict management skills
  • Language skills: Excellent German and English language skills (C1 level)
