  • You technically lead the internal development of cloud and on-premises software.
  • You communicate with external technical leaders to ensure compliance with internal needs and company guidelines.
  • You are a trusted fellow, always ready to help colleagues with their daily problems and questions.
  • You show clear leadership by guiding and mentoring younger and less experienced colleagues.
  • You are a key player in helping to take the software architecture to the next level.
  • You monitor technical debt and contribute plans and ideas for its harmonious reduction. You contribute to ongoing processes and guidelines to keep technical debt under control.
  • You work hand in hand with the system architect and translate high-level architectural requirements into specific architectural decisions at the software component level.

  • A completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with extensive knowledge of software stacks, particularly those oriented around .NET and Azure.
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams in cloud development projects, demonstrating strong leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Deep understanding of software design principles such as SOLID, Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and the Twelve-Factor App methodology.
  • Experience in agile development projects (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Cloud-first mindset with the ability to design and implement on-premises compatible cloud solutions.
  • Strong enthusiasm for cloud technologies, with familiarity in tools and practices such as Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps methodologies
