Are you ready to take ownership of your corporate governance career? We're looking for a dynamic, full-time, permanent Corporate Governance professional to become a key member of our European team, based in Munich.

In this pivotal role, you will manage all corporate governance matters within the structure of cross-border investing funds and group companies. You will collaborate closely with a variety of internal and external teams, including Group Administration, Fund Management, Portfolio Management, and both internal and external legal teams. Your expertise will play a critical role in shaping the governance framework across our diverse and international operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the incorporation and acquisition processes of companies, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions
  • Assisting with the disposition or liquidation of companies, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout
  • Overseeing and implementing any necessary changes to the board of directors, driving seamless governance adjustments
  • Coordinating seat and address changes for companies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Managing the adoption of resolutions, ensuring they are executed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Proactively monitoring, coordinating, and reporting all corporate changes to the commercial and transparency register as required
  • Driving the implementation of streamlined processes, securing efficient process flows across the board
  • Taking full ownership of the administration and maintenance of corporate data in our database, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant


  • A driven and self-motivated corporate governance professional with a degree, preferably in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or Real Estate
  • 4-5 years of experience as a company secretary, with a solid understanding of, and interest in, corporate administration, financial services, and domiciliation
  • Fluency in both English and German, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all seniority levels within and outside Manova
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in Real Estate, Private Equity, Infrastructure, and/or Real Assets will be an advantage in this role.
