ABOUT
Become a part of our strong TRATON HR Business team by joining us earliest from September 2025. The HR Business team takes care of all HR-related issues for all employees such as recruiting, employment contracts, employee transfers, remuneration, and covers many other topics as e.g. employer branding, global assignments, and company services.
/ You will support the HR Business Partners in all operational HR issues (employment contracts, employee transfers, remuneration measures, reference letters, works council hearings etc.)
/ You will support the recruitment activities (e.g. screening resumes, interview scheduling, and participating in interviews)
/ You will assist in planning and executing employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives including career fairs and other events
/ If needed or when interested, you support our Company Services team in different employee services
/ You will participate and work in HR-related projects with us and on your own
/ You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in the fields of HR, Business Administration, Psychology or similar
/ You are inspired by HR topics and digitalization
/ You have attention to detail, the ability to work independently and strong communication and interpersonal skills
/ You have good MS Office skills and ideally knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors
/ You are fluent in German and have very good English language skills

We pay 1.952,00 € per month for a 35 hours working week
