- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate across diverse European markets, esp. DACH, collaborating with other marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive conversions, working closely with sales teams to achieve revenue goals.
- Data-driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and data insights to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Budget Ownership: Oversee and manage global budgets, ensuring effective allocation and utilization for maximum ROI.
- You will collaborate closely with product and business managers, key vendors, external agencies and freelancers;
- As part of our central marketing team, you steer campaigns and projects with our local marketing teams;
- Organisation and participation in events, incentives and partner events
- Bachelor´s degree in business administration with a Marketing focus or similar qualification;
- Minimum of 4 years B2B experience as an Account Manager in an agency, a Marketing Consultant or Marketing Project Manager;
- Planning, executing and achieving objectives within tight deadlines is what you excel in;
- Used to creating and giving presentations to stakeholders;
- In-depth knowledge of B2B-Marketing, Online Marketing, and digital processes;
- Fluent in English, German and preferably Chinese.
- Able to handle complex projects, having the ‘big picture' in the forefront;
- Experienced as a negotiator with the ability to quickly come up with creative solutions and concepts.
- Desirable: familiarity with Asian cultures and business practices
