​​​​​​As Specialist Asset Management and Compliance (all genders) you are part of Roland Berger's powerful and global IT team. Together with highly motivated colleagues you can contribute significantly to improving the experience with hardware and software of our RB colleagues worldwide, while ensuring RB is always complaint and secure.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Oversee the management and compliance of the organization's assets, ensuring efficient utilization, maintenance, and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Maintain business and technical ownership of RB's global asset management tool; develop and implement related policies and procedures.
  • Accurately record, track, and maintain all assets within the asset management tool while documenting compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Manage compliance for the global fleet of laptops, mobiles, and licenses, coordinating with various departments and suppliers for optimal hardware and software asset utilization.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on asset status, compliance, and risk management, including regular management reports on hardware and software utilization at both country and global levels.

  • Previous experience with USU Asset Management and Microsoft Intune is highly advantageous.
  • Strong ability to investigate asset-related issues, proactively address risks, and optimize asset management policies and workflows.
  • In-depth understanding of asset management principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, along with familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and project management abilities, and proficiency in using asset management and compliance software.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and concisely to senior management, along with strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
