Job Description
As a family-run company, BECKER, with approximately 900 employees and 19 subsidiaries, is an internationally leading manufacturer in the field of vacuum and compressed air technologies and is successful in Germany, Europe, and the global market.
- Representing the company in Turkey as the main point of contact
- Acquiring new customers and managing existing customers and dealer networks
- Providing technical and commercial consulting to customers and partners
- Organizing and conducting trade fairs and events
- Developing and implementing strategic business plans in collaboration with headquarters
- Carrying out marketing activities, including social media
- Establishing and maintaining a network with trade associations, government institutions, and other relevant organizations
- A completed degree in a technical or business-related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, business administration, or a comparable discipline)
- Experience in sales (hunter mentality) and/or business development is desirable
- Experience in the vacuum industry is an advantage – we also welcome candidates from related industries such as air supply (vacuum/compressor), food processing/packaging, or wood processing
- Residence in Wuppertal or surrounding areas with a willingness to relocate to Istanbul, or already residing in Istanbul, with a long-term residence planned in the greater Istanbul area from summer 2025 We provide comprehensive relocation support to ensure a smooth transition
- Native Turkish speaker with business-fluent English; German language skills are an advantage
- Self-motivated, strong communication skills, and a keen understanding of customer needs
