Your primary focus will be on the European market, specifically Ireland, where you will build lasting customer relationships, exceed revenue targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Manage key accounts and develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise series production, including forecasting, and accommodating customer-specific requests related to flexibility, ramp-ups, and ramp-downs.
  • Negotiate contracts and resolve customer issues to build long-term relationships.

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial), Business, or a related field, with a focus on sales/marketing. Alternatively, relevant industry experience.
  • Solid understanding of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the Irish market, including a strong understanding of the language and cultural nuances.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the German language.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
