As (Senior) Project Manager Manufacturing Sciences, you will ensure transparency in Manufacturing Sciences by creating insightful reports that drive decision-making. You will analyze key data, structure findings, and support communication with stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to project-related activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.


  • Prepare structured reports and data analyses to support decision-making in Manufacturing Sciences
  • Ensure accuracy and transparency in corporate reports, providing key insights for stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain documentation for project approvals, including strategic evaluations and business cases
  • Support project planning by defining scope, roles, and responsibilities within cross-functional teams
  • Oversee project approval processes, including documentation preparation and execution of approvals
  • Monitor key project parameters such as time, cost, quality, scope, benefits, and risks across all project phases
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress, ensure work package delivery, and communicate with stakeholders
  • Liaise with Pharma and Nutrition business units to align global Manufacturing Sciences initiatives
  • Complete required project documentation and provide structured reports to senior management

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in TechOps within the pharmaceutical or food industry in an international corporate environment
  • Proven track record in managing global, cross-functional projects successfully
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage
  • Experience in consulting, process optimization, or Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
