Job Description
HS HYOSUNG is a Korean company active worldwide in various fields, including advanced materials, in particular technical textiles and is a market leader in both textile and metal tire reinforcements. HS HYOSUNG is recruiting for its Luxembourg subsidiary a: Human Resources / Administrative Assistant (m/w/d)
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests
- Maintain digital records of employees
- Supervise outsourced payroll services
- Management of employees' working hours, vacation requests, sickness leaves
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, organizing interviews and issuing employment contracts
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff members
- Produce and analyse HR statistics, reports and dashboards for senior management
- Assist management with various administrative/organizational/scheduling tasks
Education
- The candidate should preferably have an education or training in the field of human resources
- A certain level of experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position will be considered as an advantage
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work in a highly diversified industrial work environment
- Familiarity with labour and employment law
- Ability to work independently, showing initiative
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills (oral and written)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Sense of responsibility and urgency
- Proficient usage of standard Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook...)
Languages
- Fluency (oral and written) in Luxembourgish, English and French is a must
