By leveraging machine learning, advanced data processing, and cutting-edge web technologies, we aim to significantly reduce cycle times, increase customer satisfaction, and provide an intuitive, seamless user experience.

For our development team in Lingen (Ems) or Osnabrück we are looking for a

Scrum Master (all genders welcome)

RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure they are effective and focused
  • Act as a servant leader for multiple scrum teams to enable them to realize their full potential and deliver value
  • Maintain a close relationship with the Head of Operations, ensuring clear communication of team progress, risks, and alignment with strategic goals
  • Work closely with the Head of Product and Head of Cross to support an effective story refinement
  • Promote and support Agile principles and values across the project organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Recognize, address and resolve impediments at team level and across teams to ensure smooth product delivery
  • Working with stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks and alignment across multiple teams.Coaching team members on agile best practices, fostering a mindset of ownership and accountability
  • Using agile metrics (e.g. velocity, burn-down charts and cycle time) to identify
  • trends, improve team performance and provide insights
  • Act as a change agent to drive the adoption and maturity of Agile within the project organization

To become part of the ROSEN family, you are team minded and convince by an independent and structured work behavior. Moreover, you should bring with you:
  • Degree in computer science or other natural sciences
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally with multiple teams in a scaled agile environment (e.g., Scrum of Scrum, SAFe, or LeSS) in an industrial environment
  • Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills to support team dynamics and decision-making
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
  • A data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and tools to analyze team performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Solid experience in managing dependencies and risks in multi-team environments
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent
  • A collaborative, proactive, and flexible approach to problem-solving
  • Background in software development, product management, or similar technical roles
