PiNCAMP is the camping startup of ADAC, ANWB and TCS - in Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland, as well as throughout Europe. An international team of more than 80 digital experts digitises the camping industry by combining the experience and reputation of our shareholders with the speed of an agile start-up. Our goal is to be Europe's leading camping platform. For our further growth we are looking for passionate hands-on people who want to grow with us and are eager to build an excellent product for campers and campsites alike.
As a Sales & Account Manager for the BeNeLux market, you will be the face of PiNCAMP – powered by ANWB - and will play a vital role in developing this market for campers. Your goal is to persuade campsites to implement online booking solutions, improve distribution channels, and build strong, lasting partnerships.
What you can expect
Let our portfolio grow: You will take care of building and growing the portfolio of online bookable campsites in the BeNeLux countries.
Acquisition & Account Management: You will be responsible for a dedicated portfolio of existing partners as well as of assigned partner leads.
Match demand & supply: You will ensure that campers find relevant offers on our platform by filling the demand with the right supply.
Fostering partnerships & stakeholder management: You will establish and maintain trusting and sustainable business relationships with campsites, local campsite groups and key stakeholders, and will represent Pincamp in the BeNeLux camping industry.
Improve and develop: You will contribute ideas and solutions while simplifying processes for partners and stakeholders.
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development, preferably in Tourism or related fields.
You are familiar with terms such as PMS, Channel Manager and the ability to explain these concepts clearly.
You speak Dutch on a native level and English at least on B2 level.
You have an exceptional service orientation, strong communication skills, and a structured and organised way of working.
Speaking German and / or French would be beneficial.
