We are seeking a Global Talent Manager to drive our talent management strategies within the consumer market sector. The Global Talent Manager will leverage employer branding to attract and retain talent and cultivate employee development and succession planning across multiple countries and regions.

Identify & Attract Talent: Partner with countries to build talent pools and understand employee aspirations for career development. Collaborate with the Global TA Team to attract top talent and align recruitment activities with organizational goals.

Employee Development: Create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) based on the 70:20:10 learning model and implement continuous learning programs.

Talent Programs: Establish performance metrics for talent programs and develop initiatives for both senior leaders and junior employees.

Diversity and Inclusion: Implement initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Succession Planning: Identify future leaders and collaborate with senior leadership on succession plans.
