We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Leadership Communications to develop and execute strategic communication initiatives that enhance CEO and senior leadership visibility to drive employee engagement in alignment with business objectives. This role will work closely with senior executives and internal/external global communications leaders to shape communication strategies, ensuring clarity, authenticity, and impact.
- Executive Communication Strategy: Develop, execute and measure communication strategies for the CEO and senior leadership that enhances the CEO's connection with employees and external stakeholders worldwide.
- Content Development: Build a relationship with the CEO as a counsel and ghost writer. Learn the CEO's voice to create high-quality written and multimedia content including emails, presentations, speaking points, scripts, blogs, videos and social media content. Collaborate on content reviews and approvals.
- Internal Communications: Collaborate with HR, global communications, and other functions to craft tactics and compelling CEO messages that engage employees and reinforce company culture. Manage CEO videos and events. Oversee CEO town hall and leadership events – agendas, speaker/resource coordination, content development (slides and speaking points), event planning and execution, reporting and improvements.
- Channel Management: Oversee internal (blog page) and external (LinkedIn) CEO channels seeking opportunities to amplify leadership's view on the company's values, strategy and performance.
- Thought Leadership: Position CEO and relevant senior leaders as industry leaders through strategic content creation, media opportunities, and conference engagements.
- Change Communication: Support CEO and senior leaders in communicating organizational changes, transformations, and crisis management with transparency and confidence.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure alignment in messaging and consistency across all channels.
- Measurement & Improvement: Analyze communication effectiveness using data-driven insights and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in CEO/leadership/executive communications, corporate communications, or public relations.
- Exceptional English writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Proven experience working directly with senior executives and managing high-stakes communications.
- Deep understanding of internal communication trends, digital tools, and engagement strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English
