ISF is a private, full-day school serving students from Kindergarten/Pre-school to Grade 12 using English as the language of instruction. Admissions and Marketing Representative (m/f/d), full time


The main responsibility of the Admissions & Marketing Representative is to contribute to the smooth operation of the Admissions and Marketing Department and help ensure the achievement of the school's enrolment targets.

  • Helping to monitor the enrolment target and working closely with individuals in the department as well as SABIS Marketing & Communications to help ensure enrolment targets are met
  • Conducting school tours and meeting with prospective parents and students
  • Recording and entering data into the CRM
  • Preparing collateral material for admissions
  • Liaising with the Registrar's Office to arrange diagnostic tests for prospective students
  • Helping to plan, organize, and implement on-site and online open houses and/or other admissions-related events
  • Helping to conduct family exit interviews for withdrawing families
  • Collaborating with the Student Life Coordinator to boost the campus tour experience and highlight campus life
  • Maintaining customer, company, and consulate/embassy relationships
  • Supporting the realization of marketing and brand strategies
  • Assisting with:
    - Event planning and implementation
    - Taking photographs for advertising, marketing, and social media
    - Validating photo release permissions
    - Scheduling social media posts, as requested
  • Contributing to the preparation of monthly departmental reports
  • Attending weekly Admissions and Marketing meetings
  • Other duties as assigned by the Head of Admissions & Marketing, the Director, and/or SABIS®

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or education
  • You have an excellent command of English and a minimum of very good command of German
  • You have 3-5 years of previous experience in admissions, marketing, or sales
