Dauer: 12-24 Monate

Working Hours: 20h/Week, -time possible during the semester break

Work from Office: 2.5 days/week

  • Work in Metro AG – SCM Planning team supporting the ongoing projects and governance process, providing administrative and analytical support as needed.
  • Leading your own project related to new technologies introduction or process improvement implementation.
  • Projects connected with our Global Supply Chain Planning systems, predictions, big data analytics solutions (Google Cloud) and AI frameworks.
  • Involvement in communication and interactions with country teams.
  • Opportunity to learn Metro business and gain experience in state-of-the-art technologies.

  • You are an enrolled student in Bachelor-/Master-Studies in
    Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Informatics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Ability to learn fast from various sources.
  • Good IT skills, knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel. Prior experience to programming or data management is an advantage. Interest in emerging technologies and experience applying them in practice.
  • Experience in successfully leading or participating in the projects in multicultural environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills. Good English communication skills (corporate language is English).
  • Open-mindedness, enthusiasm, willingness to get involved, flexibility and a can-do attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
