Project Manager (m/f/d) E-Mobility Eastern Europe
Your Responsibilities
- Establishing the E-Mobility business field in Eastern Europe: You will be responsible for the strategic planning and setup of our activities in the field of e-mobility in Eastern Europe. This includes identifying and analyzing market potentials and developing tailored business strategies.
- Participation in public tenders for charging infrastructure: You will coordinate and manage the entire process of participating in public tenders, from identifying tenders to preparing bid documents and negotiating and finalizing contracts.
- Building and leading a team: You will recruit, develop, and lead a highly skilled team of professionals to successfully implement our e-mobility projects in Eastern Europe.
- Stakeholder management: You will maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, suppliers, and public authorities, to ensure the implementation and success of our projects.
- Reporting: You will prepare regular reports and presentations for the management and other internal stakeholders to inform them about the progress and outcomes of the projects.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed a technical or business degree and have several years of professional experience in a technical field
- Ideally, you have extensive knowledge in the fields of e-mobility or in the sales, construction, and operation of technical facilities
- You have already gained initial experience in dealing with public tenders and in setting up new business fields
- Despite a variety of tasks, you keep a cool head and maintain an overview
- You see no contradiction between self-organization and teamwork.
- With your positive attitude, you inspire others and have a strong interest in actively shaping the future of e-mobility
- In addition to English, you speak at least one other Eastern European language (Polish, Czech, Slovak)
