Export manager – Europe (DACH & France) Ready to take the next step in your career and drive growth across borders? Baby Dan, one of the world's oldest and most trusted child safety brands, is looking for a dynamic, result-driven Export manager to spearhead expansion in Europe.
As the Export manager for the DACH countries and France, you will take charge of creating new business opportunities with major retail chains (DIY, baby, pet, supermarkets). You will report directly to the CEO and have the freedom to shape your own strategy while executing our ambitious growth plans. Expect plenty of time on the road, meeting new customers and driving results across international markets.
Your responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in existing markets.
- Seek and capitalize on new business opportunities in untapped markets.
- Represent Baby Dan at fairs, customer meetings, and international events.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Several years of proven sales success with retail chains in Europe (baby, DIY, pet, supermarkets).
- A natural “hunter” mindset – you're driven by the challenge of finding new customers and opportunities.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while focusing on results.
- Good English communication skills and fluent in German and/or French is preferred.
- Based in the DACH region or France is preferred.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across the region.
