Our Renewables Team in Germany is looking for you!

  • Coordinate the creation and operational setup of new SPVs for the Renewables business including obtaining necessary corporate approvals, liaising with Uniper functions, engaging external service providers, executing legal documents, and maintaining document archives
  • Ensure governance compliance for Renewables companies in their respective operational countries. Maintain and update compliance task lists, coordinate timely completion of governance-related actions with internal teams, oversee document filings, and report compliance status to company management bodies
  • Track and analyze expenses for external administrative services, regularly review costs, and plan future expenditures based on the project pipeline
  • Continuously improve internal administrative processes related to the management of Renewables companies. Develop and update policies and guidelines, ensure adherence to process descriptions, identify responsibility gaps, propose enhancements, align with stakeholders
  • Drive the automation of administrative processes for Renewables companies. Identify automation opportunities, coordinate alignment with relevant parties, and facilitate training for all stakeholders
  • Provide training to Renewables teams on administrative processes based on Uniper's functional integration model, ensuring alignment with corporate governance requirements

  • Degree in economics, law, engineering, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of solar or wind technologies is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate and organize teams
  • Experience in process mapping is highly desirable
  • Experience in project work and the ability to navigate matrix structures
  • Strong team player with a proactive, service-oriented mindset
  • High sense of ownership, responsibility, and ability to take initiative
  • Ability to operate effectively in undefined processes and propose structured solutions
  • Commitment to continuous improvement of corporate processes and internal guidelines, including stakeholder management, handling objections, and finding compromise solutions
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus
