HR INTERNATIONAL ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (F/M/D)
HR EXPERT (PERSONALFACHKRAFT)

- Function as contact partner for a pool of International recruited staff in all administrative HR related questions and issues: contracts, health insurance, social insurance, travel, work permits, visa, medical check, etc
- Focal person for contractual issues and scaling (salary calculation) for German International Recruited Staff. Handling and follow up of special contracts: Mobile Implementation Officer, Long-term Assignment, Vocationer, emergency team. Brief and debrief employee on contractual issues accordingly (german labour law)
- Ensure correct payroll input, control of payroll list and salary slips. Experience and special knowledge on needs of professional groups and pension funds (Ärztekammer, Ärzteversorgung, Mehrfachbeschäftigung)
- Register and communicate with various german institutions (insurance) as well as international counterparts
- Advice employees regarding health insurance issues and sick leaves (national & international)
- Advice on any questions related to administrative needs within german social security system
- Ensure timely communication and follow up with respective operational section and field based on intersectional cross admin processes
- Participate in superior database selections and advanced reporting for HR statistics
- Supervision of trainees and students of the Unit including evaluations
- Minimum of 3 years relevant HR work experience incl. training in HR Administration and/or relevant University Degree
- Proven track record working with HR systems and database required
- Sound knowledge on German labour law and experience with secondment abroad
- Experience with visa applications, work permits and travel organisation
- Knowledge immigration law and residence titles
- Knowledge in Payroll accounting
- Extensive computer skills, statistical report knowledge, great organisation skills
- Proficiency in German (C2) and English (C2)

- Payment according to a transparent internal salary structure; in this position according to group 4 with full-time employment (40h/week) from 4.020 Euro to a maximum of 5.084 Euro, depending on the relevant professional experience
