- To manage the contact lenses business of Clearlab GmbH with responsibility for key accounts, sales, budgeting and supporting colleagues from sales team and from Customer Service.
- To ensure that the objectives set by his/her supervisor are achieved, and that his/her business activities are planned and organized on such a way that provides maximum sales volume and profitability in the short and long term
- Develop the area Germany, Austria and Switzerland for contact lens in order to maximize company's market presence.
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through distributors, buying groups, optical retail chains, pharmacy retail chains, online retailers as well as through the direct sales to independent stores.
- Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business in order to achieve sales target
- Gather market, competitor information and customer's feedback in order to let the company to react and be prepared accordingly.
- Ensure a good level of understanding and knowledge of organization's products and service in order to ensure that customer enquires can be dealt with accurately and appropriately.
- Acquiring and sourcing potential customers in order to achieve sales budget allocated.
- Analyses and project achievable sales budget in order to maximize business and profit.
- Actively participate in trade fairs, congresses, conferences and seminars, propose the ways of marketing in order to increase noticeability of the products in assigned sales territory
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales of contact lenses in the Dach territories
- Strong achievement record in major accounts development
- Has strong network and connection in contact lens business with distributors, buying groups, big chain stores.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong influencing and persuasion skills
- Pro-active in seeking projects
- Sound business judgement, commercial awareness
- High drive and energy
- Strong flair in spotting business opportunities
- Proficient in English and German, both verbal and written
