- Integration of development process into an overall process house
- Definition of support processes, such as change management, wind turbine retrofitting
- Definition and description of automated sharepoint workflows supporting the core and support processes - Setting up e-training modules for development process
- Establishing LEAN development principles along the existing development process
- Continuous improvement of existing development processes
- Other interesting and challeging tasks in regards to wind turbine design
- Basic understanding of development processes
- Curiosity to learn new things and to establish a continuous improvement environment in our process landscape
