  • Integration of development process into an overall process house
  • Definition of support processes, such as change management, wind turbine retrofitting
  • Definition and description of automated sharepoint workflows supporting the core and support processes - Setting up e-training modules for development process
  • Establishing LEAN development principles along the existing development process
  • Continuous improvement of existing development processes
  • Other interesting and challeging tasks in regards to wind turbine design
