We are an independent and owner-managed engineering office headquartered in Werder (Havel) and branches in Berlin-Schönefeld, Berlin-Lichterfelde and Berlin-Ahrensfelde. We currently have a permanent staff of over 100 engineers and architects.
Our range of services includes planning, construction management and project management in building construction and civil engineering. We are looking to support our team as soon as possible
HSE-Manager / Safety and health protection coordinator / Occupational safety specialist / Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordinator / Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit
The HSE Manager / Health and Safety Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of health, safety and environmental programs within the company. The goal is to ensure a safe working environment, comply with legal regulations and minimize environmental impact.

- University degree in engineering studies, e.g. as a safety engineer or safety technician, alternatively comparable professional qualifications and relevant professional experience in managerial positions in the area of occupational safety / HSE / ESH / FaSi
- Strong knowledge of the German laws, regulations, technical rules and standards relevant to occupational safety
- Experience and enjoyment in a management role overseeing safety programs, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, coordinate, analyze and develop
- Self-initiative and independent working style with client and stakeholder
- Ability to communicate to specific target groups (English & German skills are helpful)
- Strong hands-on mentality and willingness to travel (day trips) as well as intercultural awareness
- class B driver's license
