Our Assets and Structured Trading Operations Team in Düsseldorf is looking for YOU!
- Analyze the improvement and standardization potential to increase business process efficiency within the trading operations are based on a holistic front-to-end view
- Evaluate possibilities to further digitalize existing business processes within this area aspart of your analysis
- Ensure smooth business process improvements without harming the daily operational work
- Support the roll-out of our operational excellence & digital vision across CommercialOperations
- Ensure and foster close collaboration with the IT network of Commercial Operations
- Ensure and foster close collaboration with process owners and digital and OE experts in Commercial Operations
- Support the development of continuous improvement skills and mindset across Commercial Operations
- Integrate with Digital and Operational Excellence Communities across Uniper
- Work experience in the field of digitalization is essential
- Expert knowledge in Power BI is needed
- Profound IT affinity in context of Microsoft Cloud services, cognitive services, workflow services and integration with Uniper's existing IT landscape
- Strong willingness to practice intellectual curiosity in an intercultural environment
- Background and passion for business process design and its automation from a front-to-end perspective
- Strong ownership mentality with an independent, responsible working style
- Fluent in English language
- Good knowledge in MS Office services, as well as Sales and Trading Applications
- Effective and efficient communication, documentation, and presentation skills
